Kind of strange to describe, and I don't even know how to search for possible causes - but my lower(?) knuckle of my right pinky doesn't seem to move smoothly. Two weeks ago, I banged my tailbone on a bench HARD while sitting down. It didn't hurt that much when it happened, but a couple days later I could feel slight pain when I bent or sat down.
